OTTO

The OTTO EDGE 120 M enables the deployment of high-density to compute systems in locations where traditional and “next-generation” cooling and infrastructure technologies are ineffective. In a completely autonomous system, the OTTO EDGE 120 M delivers up to 120kW (120,000 watts) of cooling capacity. Densities of up to 2kW (2,000 watts) per square foot are attainable with a footprint of only 60 SqFt, significantly decreasing physical footprint and site infrastructure needs. Because of the modular architecture of this OTTO platform and the minimal site requirements, systems using the OTTO EDGE 120 M may be implemented in one-third the time of standard data center deployments

Highlights of Making Servers Immersion Ready

TMGcore headquarters in Plano, Texas houses the World’s most advanced 2- Phase Immersion Lab.

With immersion, single or 2-Phase, all of the moving parts, heat syncs and fans must be removed. TMGcore calls this process making servers Immersion Ready.

Immersion Ready Process

To make servers immersion ready, TMGcore will:

Remove the heat syncs

Remove the
fans

Add boiler enhancements as needed

Any bios modifications that are necessary

Dry Rack

Within each EdgeBox there is a dry rack to house storage servers as well as network switches.
